Sink or Swim!

As any older brother would to his younger sister, Troy has pushed Monika off into the deep end of Vietnam.....and she is a SWIMMER! I think that is one of the many things I love about Moni, she just goes with the flow without complaint and is a true free spirit. It's a good thing that she came to Vietnam without any expectations because today would have stopped her from visiting. She actually has a little anxiety about being here now :)

It would be way too easy to have Moni's first scooter experience in the middle of the calm day....let's get her started during rush hour traffic in Vietnam!

This free spirit can't wear her helmet just like everyone else...oh no,  she rocks the faux baseball cap helmet backwards.

At last! Enzo is comfortable wearing a mask without feeling suffocated. His lungs may now be spared.

We stopped for dinner at Pho24 and Moni had her first true Vietnam Pho....yummy.

This is my go-to Vietnam meal, Bun Cha Gio....vermacelli noodles, cucumber, carrots, sprouts, fried spring rolls, fish sauce....yummy.
